A fairly deep black beer with a medium / low bitterness. Clean, pleasant and smooth.
Produced with 25% smoked malt that gives the beer strong notes of bacon and smoked provola, which are accompanied by hints of coffee and chocolate and a light caramel.
Perfect to match with grilled foods: the live flame will give a milder smoky food and beer can complete the flavor.
